There is nothing to like about this company it's a trap please don't join they only have one client if you are working in IT infrastructure you life is gonna hell.

They don't give much hike, no hybrid culture daily office. This organisation is a trap with the 2 year's of bond 3 months notice period won't let you buyout they will ruin your career. Giving wrong feedback to your next organisation if you got selected.

If you want to grow your career, don't join tis company. They make a lot of promises while joining, but once you join, they don't even look at you. There is a lot of politics you have a brother or sister in this company, you will get good feedback on your appraisal and work. This is a relative company. The working culture is very boring. They don't provide any facilities. You don't get a joining kit. If everyone is good with the manager here, then the work and package increases, but not the rest. While giving appraisal, they give a low percentage for no reason and Hr is useless.The rest is up to you,join.

Politics, 9 hours of work excluding lunch hour, no growth, no job security, if you are loyal employee you don't deserve this company. Only 'Boss ka chamcha' will survive in this company.

Single client, totally dependent on them. If they release they will remove tou without any severance bonus or notice period. Also at the time of joining they mention about hybrid culture, but at my very first day they totally fell on their words where they mentioned work from office the entire week.
