I have Good experience to work with Della adventure and resort I m working since nov-17 . It's been a long time I have spent with Della adventure and resort. All the management is very supportive overall it was good experience in this environment and culture. I learn the lots of thing with this hospitality. I enjoyed my every day while working with Della.

Dislikes

The thing which has Disappointed me is only the salary . I can understand that everyone is facing lots of problem in this panadamic. I can understand the situations we are going through. But it's been a very long time we didn't received our salary for the month of March till now date. The only thing I love feel bad about hospitality otherwise it's great to work with Della. In this panadamic we all need support . And money play a very important role in everyone's life.

Initially, the prospect of starting my career in HR at a well known resort was exciting. The role offered potential exposure to various HR practice and an opportunity to learn and grow.

Dislikes

Salary issues, work culture, Lack of respect, unqualified workforce. My experience was extremely negative and I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially freshers. The company targets fresh graduates, exploiting their inexperience and hesitancy to speak up against poor practices. Salary payments are severely delayed, with employees waiting three to four months for a single month's pay. The work culture is appalling, lacking any ethical standards or hierarchy, resulting in no work life balance and employees being treated as cheap labor rather than valued team members. There is a complete lack of respect for workers and professionalism is virtually not existent. Many employees do not possess the necessary skills, qualifications further, degrading the work environment. Overall it is very horrible place to start your career, I would prefer being unemployed over working at Della .

Supportive management. Recognizes hard work according to that they promote. No partiality. If you work hard you will get reward.

A middle class girl like me need a salary in time to support my family and they give salary late.

They hired me, and fired me in a month without any pay by giving non sense reason, these people's are beggars who is getting work done by employees and giving that money to guest as in allowances of their bills

All things are ridiculous, HR people are hiring here, like in lots, 12 ka lot, 30 ka lot, 50 ka lot, and firing also in lot, without pay, in the name of clearance this bas..... are not even answering calls after clearance paper signed, specially ANIRUDH JONNALAGADDA this man even doesn't know how to make roaster having 19 employees + AFOM + DM + MT + IT + JT and handling, employee coming by 8.00 am in the morning and leaving 9.30 pm on the name training, which nevertheless doesn't even
