Not able to like anything.

In advertisement they wrote salary as per the DPS society norms.... But still they are not following..... maximum teaches are suffering after join..... So who wants to join don't believe their verbal statement.... Only believe in written statement..... And one thing more every year more than 50 teachers are leaving this school..... here teachers are getting behaviour from authority like a dog..... No time will get for family because working time is 8 hours 10 minutes..... From morning to evening..... Increment policy also not..... This year no increment given..... And discrimination is everywhere in the school......

...gh standards, which reflects in the student's conduct and academic achievements. Timely salary disbursement along with periodic increments.

Nothing , the staff encouragement is 0. Everything happens as the coordinators says ...the principal does not have a polite way of talking...in front of everyone she is very sweet but inside the cabin she is altogether a different personality. No encouragement for the teachers....only the old staff is valued

Everything...worst experience of my life...I would request everyone don't go by their advertisement that they pay you 7th pay scale.... everything is a sweet lie...when you go there you will regret.

There is nothing to like about the school as the management has no sense of running the school. Rules and policies keeps changing at the whims and fancies of few people. Telephonically and through mail they do not show their true colors but when you join them then they come with contracts that are modern day slavery traps. They even insist newly joined to submit their original documents which they retain till the end of employment. Teachers are harrased and treated like labors in construction site. This is the only school where recruitment keeps on happening throughout the year because people leave every other day. Because of few sycophant the workplace is toxic. Note: For people who have come here to read review about DPS Gaya please read other reviews which have been posted in last few months. You may find so much of positive reviews about the school as if it is one of best schools in India. All 5 star ratings and no dislikes. School has lost its credibility to such an extent that it has to deploy people to write good reviews on media platforms. For better understanding of school culture and workplace environment please do not rely on fake reviews posted on sites by HR. Plesae get in touch with an employee of the school or someone who has served there. They may give you the true picture of the school.

...ficates to management and then beg infront of them to return when you need them. Again deposit 3 months salary to get your certificates back. No garde pay, 3 months notice period from employee is expected but employer can terminate your services without notice and pay. no fix date for salary deposit.

...y waiting for your one mistake and they report to that brat . Nothing good here. Only the salary structure is good. Otherwise worst place to work.

Well , almost everything. First the little brat who is the director now. Pretend to be a jack of all trade and master of all. But actually he can't understand a simple accounting transaction after detail discussion. He is just a joker , nothing else. Very arrogant and always try to humiliate people for small mistake. Hey Deepak prakash Agarwal , if you reading this , try to behave decently. One day will come , when there will no efficient employee beside you, just because of your behaviour. And now come to the Pro vice chairman, God knows why everyone call him Pro VC Sir. He is just an uneducated Marwari chapri . No manners to talk to employee. Any one can understand the upbringing of that person. Only knows how to suck money from student. He is just like a dictetor. And also a loose charector person. Always after the female employee. The brat is also with same charector, but with letest version. The tenure I spent at DPS Joka was a nightmare for me.
