Zero.. nothing is there to like about this school

...ironment..also your increment depends on how much admission count you provide...and salary is always late..no not 10th ..you will get salary on 25th to 29th...sometimes even after months..no payslip even...you have to give extra marks to make sure each student gets good marks..this apparently reflects your performance...if students gets very good marks ..then principal will say you have given false marking if the student gets less marks . principal will say you're incompetent and not cut out for this profession..no matter you're a fresher or an experienced person..be ready to face extreme level of humiliation from Mr.Habib Khan (principal) ..I was a residential teacher...from extra classes to hobby classes to evening classes to dorm duty ..I had no time for my family as a hosteler...and also if you get sick and take too much leave, that also isn't allowed...here Mr.Khan is concerned about business making from students...he adores student's money and has good rapport with parents...he disrespects all teachers a lot .. sometimes even in front of students...if you wanna join an organisation where there's no employee retention, job security, healthy work environment, no salary increment, no leaves, be my guest ..and I almost forgot...a male and female colleague apparently can't talk for long time ...even if they're engaged...but all other people can talk to each other only if they have good rapport with this horrendous principal...so yeah ..my experience has been a complete disaster where I was even labelled for being a Bengali woman who traps guys and does black magic...this so-called principal never will take a stand for you as a leader...his words caused me depression and hampered my self-esteem..many teachers there are facing the same ...they are bound to stay there due to their families..utmost sympathy to them..

The school is open to innovative and dynamic personalities and readily provides the resources in the form of the latest technologies for the improvement of the teaching-learning process. I love the fact that I have been a part of a team of reliable resources like my former colleagues.

Dislikes

I dislike the work timings and working days most. Hardly you can get free time on Sundays due to the busy schedule which is strictly followed.
