There is nothing to like about it. This place is not for skilled and genuinely qualified. All are politically guided and with full of torture. Those living in campus come, punch and go, sit at home and then come in evening then punch and go. Management is blind folded and work only on recommendation. So if u lack recommendation, no matter how skilled you are u feel difficult to survive.

Unprofessional. Assistant registrar is very egoistic, unprofessional and dominant. She doesn't values her employees and doesn't know how to do work management. Just ego and misuse of power. Too much partially between permanent and contractual staff. Pressure to attend office even on Saturday and Sunday whereas working day are Monday to Friday. AR herself never came to work on weekends but calls staff and no compensation is given to contractual employees for working on weekends.
