Bus facility is good, friendly work culture and young youth employees.

Dislikes

No work life balance on plant level employees, not proper salary structure on same catered, hardwork employee no appreciation, no proper medical policy, no transparency between management and employees, nobody follows the hierarchy, after duty hours lots of call at home, no family life, other than field job it is big headache.

Likes

Give freedom to think out of box, senior management give authority and freedom in decision making and also back the decisions! Corporate office is in center of Vadodara it’s save commute time.

Dislikes

There are always going to be minor complaints but not worth mentioning!

No clarity on work , lots of interference of other departments which doesn't have any relevance in project.

No deadline on project completion. No similarty on new joining employees , people with same year of experience getting position based on their reference...

The best part of my job is the opportunity to constantly learn and grow. I'm exposed to new challenges regularly, which helps me develop both professionally and personally. I enjoy the collaborative environment in my workplace.

Not enough professional development. Mismatch in work style and environment.
