Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

1. Company is under worst leadership. DGM of company who is from finance background is looking after all the management. 2. MD is very stubborn on pricing and terms. She don't want to grow new business. 3. Lower management is having huge politics that no body will teach anything just to save themselves. 4. In some times the company will close down because of internal huge politics which is done by DGM Agrawal who is the closenst of MD. He doesn’t allow people to meet MD so that she will know the real conditions. 5. Product quality is very low.
