Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

The company comes in 1998, the only dealer of Hyundai Motors in west U.P. I feel great when I joined company in 2002 it was great pleasure for me to work as a ast. manager POC. At that time, the company was the only organized organization in west U.P. but unfortunately the company stopped the POC Business in 2007. Then I switched to Maruti True Value serving for 6 yrs. Then again in 2015 I re-joined the organization.

Dislikes

Growth is average, work pressure is high & compensation was very low, future is not secure.
