The management doesn’t trust it’s employees and asks for an update of literally each and everything. The only thing that is pending to be asked to report is how much time you have spent in the washroom.

Likes

Culture and work environment of the organisation is really good. They really care for their employees while working towards the growth of the organisation. Vision of the founder of the organisation is really remarkable and they are genuinely taking efforts in order to get there faster.

Likes

Work culture is really good. They make you work for them without pressurising much. Is a growing company and they are trying to give maximum benefits possible to their employees. Lot of fun activities are also there.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow - financially and knowledge wise too. Co-ordination is not good from top management to low level employees. If any suggestions are given then we are asked to take responsibility and work on it ourselves, but later there is no consideration in career growth of doing such type of work. Hierarchy is not maintained properly.
