... you're not reach your daily targets, you need to work more hours to finish it. The salary hike they provide is very low. They don't give you holiday even on pongal, diwali every day you have to work. There is no career growth.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is very low for fresher's nd also experienced.there is a bond 18 months.there is no job security, nd lof of politics there in leads nd managers.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...t this is an American company and we follow American norms only and not Indian . When it comes to payment you'll get just a single or less than one penny for your whole work (there payment is somewhat not very clear. How they pay? How they deduct? Nothing is clear). Night Food is not good . One can carry there tiffin is best option. You'll have to work whole night 24*7*365 . It's all the way professional over here. The team leaders are good and cooperative . Overall everything is just fair or less . Cause money they pay is not good. And everyone is work for money Right! and if that's not good then nothing feels better in any organization whether Indian or Non Indian (especially when they keep singing "this is America company. We work for American. We don't follow anything Indian........" but in case of money they not even meet the Indian shop's standard). So I suggest don't see a promising career over here (although one can see) but with less or too less money.

Money is not good. And if money is not good (or fair) then nothing looks good in any organization. It's that simple.
