There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of years before which you cannot resign. On the jod training is not given to new joiners.

Salary salary appraisal ... No value for your effort... No encouragement.. no standersization.. over work pressure.. management itself don't have understanding.. benefits or increment everything only for their family relatives...

Deccan hydraulics as an individual entity may be a good company to work in but their apparent daughter company named A-Thon all terrain or sometimes called as Ashva all terrain is a terrible terrible place to work in. The management is the worst thing of the lot. People with 2 years of overall experience and the ability to follow the back ends of seniors have been awarded the post of CEO. There is a group of around 7 people who are called the Board of Directors who have no say of their own. There is one very idiotic psychopath working in the company who is just spreading nonsense all over the place. You might be thinking that this is one person's opinion that's why the review is such but you can personally go and ask each and every person in the company and not a single person will admit that they are enjoying work in the company. Also another proof of their incompetence is the fact that the company is running for more than 3 years now and it has not generated even a single rupee worth of revenue.

There was nothing to like about working there it was 6 n half days working in a week.

Dislikes

They need to improve a lot. They have been making employees working like a slave. You cannot force someone to work in such an environment, they will come to your room if you are absent, that is the type of scrutiny you will be working. There is not structure, it's always hierarchy system there. You will cry to get leaves lot of questions. Their hiring rate is lower than people leaving that place.

Nothing liking there place with all the sorts of problem management is very poor & not in command. They will promise for star & end on a pit of cowdung. Well if you wish to work for 6.5 days a week just join them also for their so called startup.

Dislikes

Absolutely everything, I disliked they will hit you back when you need them the most. That means everytime you need help with anything.
