...arget. if client do complaints then they settle and pay money from their pocket. for employee they hold payments in worst they don’t pay salary to employees it’s a normal task to the pune sinior and also deposit employee salary cheque on own accounts

Payments are late consistently. And they don't even tell you in advance that your payment is going to be late.

... going in management level. No proper appraisal. They don't keep there promises. You can't ask about why salary is late every month. No explanation is given.

Salary Credited on 5-10th Date of the month it should be credited on 1st date of the month. Location is far from thane station it will take you arround 30 min via bus to reach. Its located in Industrial area and worst thing is its near by Dumping Station

...culture and good office environment. Helpful boss Mr. Mukul Jaiswal, colleagues. But there something issue in salary, fully control from Mumbai. But the BM help everyone and support to achive target.

Main issue salary and target - A boss who sitting in mumbai, he couldn't know a RM what is doing in kolkata. But they assum something elese.

...e in lock-down period ,company always prefer employment safety & there comfort. management take good decision to work from home to all employees with minimum salary deduction.overall good work experience in dealmoney securities.

over all dealmoney securities very good brooking firm as compare to other but one issue i suffer for salary appraisal,hope company will give good appraisal this time.
