Only the work load because there was not much work as it is a product which is already developed and we have to take care of maintenance and new features implementation.

...ees in any non technical activity they never treated us as a permanent employee. They never provided any compensation on festivals, games and monthly dinner etc except ₹1500 for team lunch per person in an year.

Fraud company they kick out for no reason without any notice

It is a useless company please guys please don't go to this company they hate Muslim people always there is discussion of religion issues they do not focus and work only the focus on who is good who is bad who is beautiful who is ugly they provoke people on religions is very very disturbing company they do not give high salaries to your job and kick you out for no reason they will just make out a reason saying you are slow in your work you do not work nicely you clothes are not branded this type of silly reasons they give and terminate and m not joking guys seriously they terminate for no reason please not go to this company

Overall management and facility was great

US Accounts Team leader not good ,rude behaviour , he never appreciate. His thoughts like I am only one who lead this team no one else, have attitude problem also and I don't know how management hiring this type of employee they didn't have sense to how to talk and behave , unprofessional.

Everything is good there about work.

Dislikes

The company is a great place to work, but the management suffers due to one Head of Department (HOD) who behaves like a ruler. Employees receive no warnings before termination if he decides to let them go. Additionally, he appears more interested in female employees than his actual work.

A great place to work where people get recognized for their work and improvement. There is always someone who can help. Gives a good opportunity to do be flexible and make sure to utilize your potential the best way possible.

Dislikes

Being a organization of certain employees, there are multiple office spaces. That is completely separate from each other. That makes the employees from different departments distant of each other.
