Worst working experience in DCM , company asked me for resignation and kept one month salary.

Worst company I have worked in my life, no any coultre, trying to force for 13 houres instead of 8 houres, no skill development at all, not eithical in any way.

There is nothing that i like about DCM. Managment is not supporting at all, i was terminated from my job without any reson.

DCM is a non ethical company, which dose not have any culture to follow.No job security at all.

DCM textiles is very well cultured and systematic unit located in Hisar. It is mainly focused on quality and customer satisfaction. Working with DCM textiles is like a blessing for me.

Company should prepare multiple skilled staff in commercial section.

I' m better feeling about working at D.C.M Textile as astt. D.G Operator. But I want to get a job graduation & computer operator base.

There is no better future in Diesel Generator work. That's reasons I want to get other job for better future.

Good company to work with. Stagnant growth and work culture is nice. Try to avoid working in production unit headed by BirChand Jataiwal. He will ruin your career. Otherwise very good company.

Dislikes

BirChand Jataiwal most disgusting person in that company. He lacks knowledge,skill,abilitiy and leadership. But he remained there for long time due to one talent of flattering.
