Since as long I was worked with dcm but at last I was realised that i am fully wasting my golden eara of my life

As I was worked with corporate office delhi and directly report to the MD Of this company but the PA of MD was totally incapable and she will fried everybody who will close to MD Of this company

Company vision is good, company always trying to improve every day by means of policy and employee centric. CEO is also excellent, MD's thoughts about employees are like family. Equal opportunity for every one to speak about system.

Dislikes

The R&D HOD is incapable to develop and promode product for manufacturing and so lower level of managers team are always in high pressure for productivity. HOD have Very poor chemistry and high politics. Producing inteferance in each department work, even HR is also help less to register complain and take action. Company needs to replace him ASAP, and need to hier some high qualified and knowledge person.
