Work life balance more of torture to employess should work day and night other wise you will be cornered and tortured my management my request if you have 4 years plus exp dont join this and if you want any personal life dont even think about it. Its 24 /7 service on call support no scrum process no planning no transperency heavy load of work to team members old school guys are running this org as managers

DBS Tech India organisation values are only on records, ppts and LinkedIn posts but aren’t practiced. The org promotes a hostile work environment and doesn’t address employee concerns despite seeking help.

- Good paying company with good work in latest technologies - Good learning curve on latest technologies - Good to work with client in SG timezone, no late night meetings

- Too much work on managing infrastructure for each team - Too much efforts and toil in deployment process

Has a wide variety of oppurtunities in terms of technology , has a good company culture too. But ultimately it depends on the team manager how wide you can grow
