The only positive thing in this bank is you won't be much pressured for sound sales as like in Other private sector banks.

Dislikes

... discrimination among the employees.Management didn't care about junior officer. We were not given salary hike for the past 2 yrs and I got promoted with salary hike of less than 5%.I request people not to join here in lvb now dbs as junior officer.They used to play with the mental health of the employees.

- good work life balance, - good ppl - salary and bonus given at time

- Lack of customer base - low marketing about the brand makes sales very hard. - services are poor. Good company to work but not very customer friendly bank

Job security, Smart colleagues, iflex benefits, fixed pay and bonus.

Dislikes

Chaotic work environment, un organised work. Requirements to timelines comes from Singapore. Indian devs are just for servicing them. Old tech stack. Mangement have no clue what the developers are doing or struggling. No work recognition.

Line manager is everything, he decides your rating, increment, bonus. HR is just a yes man to whatever reporting manager says. Lot of good policies on paper but at ground level not much. HR is absolutely not reachable

Dislikes

Appraisal and Salary is less as compared to other banks. Dbs is Singapore bank, so every decision made in Singapore. DTI is worked like service base company who follows the order from Singapore management.
