A company with no values and ethics. Whatever Idea you will suggest to the management, first they will out rightly reject it and after few days present the same idea taking credit themselves. Management doesn't care about the feedback the sales person gets from the market. They just pressurize on fulfilling targets. The management is known for making castles in the air. They will show big unrealistic plans to a new employee. Not at all recommended to join.

Dislikes

As if DBRC does have any positive points? Everything I disliked about the company. Low salary, no PF, no HRA, long working hours. I short DBRC doesn't have a clear vision. Neither they care for their employees. The management always suspects their employees as their competitor. If a deal doesn't work out, they will suspect you as the real culprit in snatching the deal for your own good or given the client to some one else. Despite sending reminder to the management at least 20 times, they didn't bother to send the experience certificate.
