1) They follow hire and fire policy. 2) Nachiket Bhatia, who is the CEO of the company is a shameless person who doesn't know how to talk with employees. He doesn't know anything related to the Medical field and is just surviving because of his father Dr. Mukesh Bhatia. 3) Roop Shikha Sharma, an ex-employee of the company is literally an empty-headed lady who was leading the Digital Marketing team. She survived solely because of her buttering skills. 4) Nothing to learn here. Every department works here like Sales. 5) No proper timings. They can call anytime at night just to delete the negative and genuine comments they receive from the students in YouTube Channel. 6) If you want to spoil your career, then this company is definitely for you. Nachiket Bhatia...You are literally the poor person who is spoiling the ethics and morality of the company which is made by your father by working tirelessly. It would be better for you to resign and get the mental checkup in the hospital.
