Work totally depends on under which team you are alloted. You can learn if you are under a partner who has quality clients. Teammates are usually supportive. During COVID-19 pandemic, the company is following work from home policy.

... huge. There are hardly any employee friendly policies. HR policy is worst here. They have shown higher salary at the time of joining, however, a part of the salary has been deferred by 2 years, which will be released only if you continue employment (no guarantee since they are treating it as bonus element and there is discretionary clause in the contract). Further, the CTC of all employees has been slashed by 30% during COVID-19 pandemic without prior intimation and there is no response from HR team regarding the same. In addition, there is huge delay in release of balance 70% salary.

It has everything that one can dread of. Surprising how such extremely unprofessional, employee unfriendly, materialistic company who is least bothered about your social life is still carrying on with it draconian methods, last place to join on earth.
