Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). Leave policy: The company does not offer pay for leave encashment, which can be frustrating when trying to plan vacations or take time off for personal reasons. High expectations: The workload can be overwhelming at times, with tight deadlines and high expectations. One of the amazing companies to work in India. The team I work has folks who contribute to Apache open source, have deep expertise in ML and stuff. The fact that there is no ego clashes also helps me focus on my work. Great work-life balance. No one will ping you unnecessarily. Very less meetings.
