Salary on time. Previous management team was great, interactive and actually concerned about well being of the employees. Snacks and Bus services are great initiatives.

Dislikes

From the onset of "New management" team, the employees have been treated badly, yelled at and even scolded loudly in cabins with other employees present on floor which is embarrassing for self. The management think firing people is the solution for good work, instead it has been hampering productivity and work as people these days have been more engrossed in finding jobs rather than doing work as people are constantly scared of loosing their jobs just because a poker player doesnt like them or their work even though himself doesnt know anything. There is no room for growth within roles assigned or beyond it. Promotions are rarely given neither is respect. Senior members of the team who know the product are given respect by handing them PIPs or Termination. The culture right now is toxic, would not recommend anyone

Perks: Offerings such as snacks and bus services were considerate touches that improved everyday convenience. Actually I enjoy my time in the company 😀.

Unprofessional Behavior: The current leadership often engages in demeaning actions, such as shouting in public and humiliating employees in front of their peers. This behavior fosters a culture of fear and embarrassment. Toxic Work Culture: A punitive approach undermines productivity—terminations are frequently viewed as the primary solution for issues, leading to widespread job insecurity. Employees have reported that they spend more time job hunting than focusing on their actual work due to the constant anxiety surrounding arbitrary layoffs. Stagnant Growth: There are nearly no opportunities for advancement. Promotions are rare, and contributions are often ignored, even from long-standing team members. Alarmingly, experienced seniors frequently find themselves on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) or facing termination despite their expertise. Unrealistic Work Demands: Overwhelming workloads are the norm, with expectations to deliver “by any means necessary.” Working on weekends and receiving last-minute assignments are routine, severely disrupting work-life balance. Micromanagement & Surveillance: Desktops are monitored through CCTV, and even briefly accessing non-work-related links can result in immediate termination. This level of invasive oversight reflects a profound lack of trust. Cross-Team Dynamics: The US team is said to overlook the contributions of the Indian team, underestimating their capabilities and failing to provide any recognition, which demoralizes the staff. Poor Communication: Requirements are often unclear or inconsistently communicated, leading to avoidable mistakes. Instead of receiving support, employees find themselves facing blame during discussions, which only increases their stress.
