1) Superiores were extremely cooperative & helpful, taking into account I was also too kind being a fresher & for learning I used to address everyone as sir/ma'am despite them asking me not to do so & calling them by their name. 2) Any sort of hostility was condemned. Superiors were extremely polite & educated. Audits & feedback were given with politeness. 3) lots of tea breaks were given however individuals needed to manage their own breaks & manage it on their own such that it wouldn't exit 1 hour of total break time. Everything felt way too systematic.

...3) Non - uniformality in education background of same role performing employees. I was doing same work with 10× superior education background & far less salary than all colleagues working beside me. But that's not our concern who gets paid how much. 4) Can change processes - Was hired for international process but was shifted to domestic soon as they hired native Spaniards, again with far less education background. RM told me that I'll work as a substitute & a versatile player ( both domestic & international) whenever our international colleagues are not available for Spanish process or whenever they'll need me. I didn't appreciate being like a substitute footballer who is substituted in 70th minute, but wanted to be in starting 11. 5) unpaid work - If needed, foreign language exerts like me needed (politely asked but we know it's indirect obligation) to do translations during or after shifts in video calls to assist clients being a Spanish-English translator which wasn't my role however that's okay. This happened more than 4 times, even once happened during sick leave as I was only Spanish expert available. I was feeling better so i helped the team.
