This company have not paid the salary and commission earned from sale target to many of their employees..including myself. HR is of no use. Request you all people related to this Ban this company so that other people can know the details....

...omplete my bond...And yes derz no such thing called increment....u get nothing..no diwali bonus..nothing..N d guy who harassed and abused me is Deepak Chaudhary....dis guy will make sure dat by any chance god knows y he tàkes things personally, he will do anything to ruin ur career..N companies like datacomp encourages such people.....Total waste of time....

HR and few team mates are nice and helpful

Dislikes

No tea breaks, Cant use new codes have to write only want the tl says and the way he wants to, And even if u live far u have to come on time and work min for 8.5 hrs, so no flexibility in timings
