Salary benefits are discriminating within organizations as well, which has resulted in iteration. Someone who has recently joined the organization will get higher monetary benefits than someone who has stayed longer.

Policies are good enough. Person can maintain a good work life balance.

Dislikes

Salary hike is average per year. No chance of promotion even if you delicately worked for the project. Project lead/manager matters a lot.

It is very good organization for who want to completely settle down and planning to retire from same organization. But if you are newbie or wants to explore advanced technologies then you could choose better organization than this.

Compensation is very bad... Means fresher with 2 years of experience will get more Compensation than existing 5 year Experience employee which leads to resignation of existing people.

...work on very interesting projects, which blends different fields of engineering. Steady work and salary.

Dislikes

You could get stuck in an area you don't enjoy and it is not easy to switch to another area. Diversifying your skills is not easy, because transition to another project / brand is not encouraged much. A lot of the cutting-edge technology work happens outside India and you are not exposed to it.

No Hike, Medidata is the worst brand ever, They will put people on Improvement Plan even if they are performing well and put them under pressure. Do not join Medidata. No work life balance. Management is poor with limited ability to make decisions. They are here just to save their jobs. They know how to take credit of others and make progress in Life. No Job Security. You will be micromanaged from Day 1.
