They have hybrid system of work, which is a good thing. Also, the leave policy seems fair and transparent.

Dislikes

...people hold high positions and can be create difficulties even for good writers. The backlogs and salary deductions are of serious concern, and so are promotions and appraisals.

They used to feed the employees with good food on every occassion. Rather we realised, they deduct our salaries for those programmes. XDXD

Dislikes

Everything. The salary they will offer is not the salary you will get. They will deduct a huge amount. They will tell you that they are deducting cause you didn't complete your target, whereas the original story is that they will NOT give you any tasks so that you can not complete your target and they will deduct your salary. A basic bullsh*t company. Also, most of the ratings are done by the juniors they hire. They give them a task to write positive 5+ reviews on Google, glassdoor and Ambition Box. They also have a BOND of 1.5 years for all the freshers.

Absolutely nothing. Everything is utterly horrible. To top it off - illiterate management and directors

Absolutely everything. Nothing is remotely good here. Salary is extremely poor. Overtime work hours and no employee benefits

Das Writing Services was my first choice when I decided to shift gears and join the emerging content writing team. Right from the 'welcome' phase, I saw how different the company was from others. The team is excellent with good ambition and cohesion. There was ample room for independent thought. I also liked the open door management policy.

Dislikes

2 things only. The salary structure could have been increased more than once a year if the employees worked better. The other is a somewhat deadline-driven work culture which is tough to maintain.
