Work life balance and European work culture.

Dislikes

...ikes are pretty average so much so, they don't even beat the annual inflation. Maybe consider joining it if you join at a senior position and are getting an above average compensation. Basically, the company acts as a service based company for the Danske Bank , without onsite opportunities but with a little better salary.

Likes

Amazing work life balance. Zero micromanagement. The salary is slightly low compared to other companies but definitely better than most service based companies. Flexible work timings, some people work from 11 to 7, some from 8 to 4 and some from 9 to 5. I can also choose my hybrid work day schedule.

Dislikes

Slightly less salary compared to industry average. I didn't get any joining bonuses. Not very big on good software practices and standards.

Favoritism based on who knows whom and it reflects on compensation as well. Senior at top management are incapable enough to see the potential as they lacks technical knowledge to drive the project. Lot of Boot polishing is there.No Place for talented and hard working people.

Likes

There was nothing to like. No stability no proper responsibility as per your role. It was purely orthodox European culture where their European employees think themselves superior and don't want Indians to speak or suggest anything. If you suggest then it will be neglected.

Dislikes

Danske IT do all unethical trades to shake the employee from the job and after that they even pay for the full notice period. Their HR and managers start neglecting your calls for all your concerns. You can't reach out to anybody after they throw you out. For this unethical settlement they take full 45 days. Even they don't give relieving letter before 45 days. after 45 days you have to remind them that now 45 days are over. Dasnke IT is now moving out of India but you can find these same people with Infosys as it is merging with Infosys.

...and scope to explore ourselves and could see the same support from management. Work life balance, Pay n promotions are good.

Dislikes

Some time leadership plans and decisions will surprise the total organization. Most of application and technology are pretty old...but slowly they are coming out and implementing the strategic tools in place.
