I do not like anything about Damensch except I got the salary on time (1st of every month). I will give 1/5 for the work environment.

Dislikes

1. Since, it is a new startup, several management still need to be done. Everything is a mess including work, tech stack, etc. 2. All teams hanging on your head for their work. Most employees of the company have egoistic behaviour and having attitude issues. 3. Everyone asked you to do his/her task on priority. Do not think about Career and mental growth here. 4. No job security All the above points seems negative but this is the real and genuine review.

Dislikes

Being a startup company they failed in managing a proper cash flow to afford Salary for the employees. Instead their policy is hire and fire. Inspite of working overtime we were never appreciated for the efforts and time and no word of incentive or hike. Definitely a big NO to work amidst such people.

It has no direction. Employees are treated bad and made to work long hours with no hike or promotions for years. Layoffs are a constant thing due to strategy changes every six months.

I like about damensch a give confidence about the quality and comfortable to customer

I dislike about them they are not leaving the offers what available in online customer will be disappoint about the offers

We can improve our communication skills, typing skills. And our manager is very good person.

Dislikes

There are some partiality in that company. Asst Manager behaviour is very rude. She has so much Ego, Attitude, she won't listen what we are saying.
