They will give designation based on your salary slab. Not based on skill, competence. Joined for 10% hike. Yearly salary hike also 3-5%. Joined with 7LPA and after five years my salary was 8LPA. Not even a grade promotion for 5 years. Work culture spoiled by managers who joined from other indian companies.

Salary and appraisal systems are partiality, There is no benefit for hardwork and related KPI.

Terrible salary structure Increment only for top management Trying to implement jail culture (no wfh, no flexi timing, if you don't swipe before 0800 then penalties Quality of food provided for employees is terrible. If you miss breakfast nothing around to eat

Top leadership team is leaving company and no proper roadmap for future. Also compensation is very poor for experienced candidates.
