Majority of teammates are very good & cooperative ,appraisal range is 2- 12%,company provides transport facility for all staffs.If you are more focusing in work life balance then DICV is best.

...ns trainee(0-1yr) to senior engineer (12yr) will be considered us supervisors. Nil bonus n other allowances except n medical favourites will be given 7-12% increment n others 3-5. If u know n do kaizenn PPT 24*7 u will become favourite n experience n technical knowledge no value. Main concept do what I say or else u will sacked. Production department DGM n GM n SM will behave like slums n always scold u nly using local bad words,these German top management worst Finally worst culture n environment with 0% career growth n learning n respect work life balance poor behaviours of staffs any how don't join (5 yrs experienced the above said n I resigned with0% above said all)
