As a seasoned professional in Auto OEMs , not recommended to join, first discussed fixed and variable pay. And on emergency can come to India or not ? They deduct from salary. No basic hygiene ie no salary fixed date. Incapable top management , making fool to HO

A very good company to work . I enjoyed throughout my tenure in DAG . Always appreciated on good work . Senior management is very friendly & guiding in nature .

Its a trap, do not even think about it, before board the fly they said all goody things, but once you board the flight you can't do anything, no personal life , no leaves nothing, first thing they do collect your passport which is your property, after than you become a slave , you cannot even berth without their permission, no security of your job, salary not come on time almost every 4 month later you will get it, no appraisal, nothing , no family status allowed, even if you have on written basis , you will not get it. So do not even thing about DAG . they are liar and cheater.

Do not follow their commitments, they snatched your passport and put you in environments like jail.
