.... Managers are biased (Politics) 4. Lack of appreciation 5. Micromanagement 6. Salary structure and 10% variable policy which depends on projects and client feedback. Sometime it is zero due to no allocation on project and CSAT is less than 3 7. Lack of feedback, it will only given in the appraisal meeting 8. No work life balance 9. Lack of senior employees 10. Discrepancies in every month salary

There are some good company policies and some are bad and daffodil is constantly trying to improve the policies and remove the bad ones. The company is on growth and they are striving really hard. HR has been given more powers and the company environment is getting really great from the good.

Dislikes

There were some policies that I do not like in the company like the pay of the employees here is very different and depends on the type of work you have to do or were put in. It can change but for an experienced person it is difficult and some technology developers are paid less than others of the same experience.

Likes

Good for freshers , salary is not upto the mark for freshers and if you are experienced and working with them from more than 5-6 year then your salary would be better as campared with other companies. Working environment is Ok, work-life balance is too poor it's jusy for those people who come from different States and live here in PG and don't have personal or family life only those can survive.

Poor Managment. No work life balance. 20% variable pay ( which will be 0 if you are not billing). The manager seems to be just people who have been with the company for long, not because they can manage or lead the team or project. Have to complete 9hrs in the office.

Employee policy, management,paracelity... compensation, misbehave by upper management and hr. Don't know tomorrow may be the last day in these company everyday I felt is that the last day tomorrow so horrible experience
