Multiple instances such as cutting as much as Rs.3000-5000 ($70) from monthly salary have occured. Discussions and debates are discouraged and are often considered a sign of lack of focus on work somehow. Personal attacks and blackmailing is a routine activity. Seniors do not take a stand for their interns/staff (8 out of 10 times) and instead collude with the management to make lives worst for the employees. Final thoughts : You can take this as a rant on the happenings going on inside the firm, however this is the absolute truth and no exaggerations have been made to mailgn the reputation/goodwill of the firm. However i did enjoy my time here as far as my work is considered, it provides balanced worklife and ocassionally supports staff on various fronts, however the shortcomings overpower the good parts.
