S L Duggal&Co. is a reputed Organisation deals in installation of Air conditioning plants in Govt and Pvt sector.I have learned many new things.Its working environment is very professional.everything is very organized and in systematic manner.My teammates are also very goal oriented ambitious etc. The Company provides us job security ,the Company also have a good and efficient training calender.The Company is also a very good paymaster. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
