Timely Salary, Seniors are helpful in my team. Manager and Department Head in my team only are helpful and understands your concern and issues. Explore new things as my work is with the government clients for various government related projects. Definitely you will grow here if you are a fresher or if you have 1-2 years experience.

TA you will not get timely if you are working and staying outside. As per company policy TA you should get within 45 days but unfortunately or fortunately I don’t know for what reason you will get over 100 days or even 120 days. From my opinion, company has to look the employees who is currently working outside for various projects. Outside contractual and even corr employees are not happy working outside locations for various projects.

Worst company to work with 1. they don't give salary properly. 2. expect workers to spend money from their own pocket. 3. Claim they wont give properly 4. Doesn't give clear-cut explanation of the projects 5. Most miser company. 6. Need to give support 14-16 hours of work daily 7. Always reduce the monthly salary with some lame reasons. 8. People are not even friendly. terrible at that and even worst 9.No career growth. Highly not recommended here to join at any cost. go for other companies rather than joining CyberSWIFT.

Company salary structure and their Production based salary and most horrible thing in this company if you work with dedication you'll get only disappointment because of companies management and their policies.

They frequently change company policies for contractual employees , sometimes twice a year. Don't know if it is Pros or cons.

...oining here as a fresher or experienced person than it is your careers dead end. In the Industry the company is popularly known for its low salary and does not provide salary on time to contractual employees. They claim to be the top GIS company in East region, but when employees ask for salary their management answer is “ we don't have funds now" that's their condition internally. No Growth, No learning opportunities, Bad Management, No compliance towards employees. No new technologies adopted. In coming 5 years I believe the company will not even survive in the market due to poor leadership and management.
