I had worked with this company more than 3year, they don't care to Experience people, they just hired people from BPO person and give the authority to handling experience people. No manners to talking to Employees. there is no HR support if employees facing any issue related to management they just saying talk you senior all over there is no HR they hired receptionist. if company want to grow in IT department they fire to Bhuvesh(BPO person)from IT. I think 70% IT department politics will be end from IT.

The company is a trap and they will do false promises and commitment to just onboard you. Nothing good about this company (Pure Lala Company)

Dislikes

There are two non technical person named Ravish and Munish who have just grown but cutting the throats of other people and bu buttering. They are having outdated infra and charging customers for what they don't have. Increment sucks and you have to learn how to do buttering instead of working for promotion.

Likes

Good Organization for those who are fresher and wanted to step into the BPO sector. No scope for experienced candidates. The best part of the organization is job security, I've seen people working there from the past 4, 5, 7 and 10 years.

Dislikes

Compensation part, slow growth, work pressure - target in handling chat, if you do not achieve target you have to extend your shift.

You can make your work and life balance and I was able to manage my personal life becox they dint provided me night shifts

No career growth . I wanted to change my profile but dint got opportunity to move to server profile and without my knowledge and approval instead I was moved to sales Dept.
