1) office politics is out of hand 2) toxic office culture 3) both MDs are prone to involuntary mood swings 4) no scope of promotion 5) no job security 6) salary dispute 7) when you leave the company, they'll call you to visit multiple times over a period of few months for final salary clearance, in the hope you give up, and if you don't they'll pay you less than what they own you. And remember most of them are minimum wage employees who don't have a proper education to understand the whole thing, so they're easily confused by hr. After my father died , I needed time off, for which both the MDs were angry about to my face. And when I quit, following proper procedure, they didn't give my final salary and asked for 15000, for the days I missed when my father died.

This company environment is average but salary package is not satisfied for the work responsibilities basis.
