Excellent company for working, only few manager doing politics to take credit.

Give promotion to non deserving candidate and send to unknown terrorists. As they have good back up in higher management only loud mouth.

This is the best Indian company I have worked so far in terms of learning the job time to time, great leaders,working environment and culture,innovative products, and good carrier opportunity available. I never feel as a outsider in any situation of this company, everyone here will listen the view at least. I never feel job insecure as compare to other houses. Here appraisal and career depends upon your own performances, so you can feel great when you perform and obviously shocked when performance is not with you. I feel great being a part of CURATIO.

Some of the Leaders practicing heterogeneous preferences to the territory so uniform opportunity for some employees are getting affected . This allows non-performing territory continues to be non -performing and attached employee feeling discrimination . so all should get same preference to grow, which is lacking and the trend is increasing.
