...t you as a cheap labor have to do heavy works. No proper training will be given. After 1 year it will difficult to get any decent package job, Other company will not consider your 1 year experience. If you got lower salary but permanent on roll job the go for it, never waste your time at Cummins

Very supportive and motivating team. Quality of work is really good as they have good projects. Good for Personal growth and knowledge. Worj environment is world class. At Cummins first time i got manager who was encouraging me to think of family first as he does.

Dislikes

Compensation paid by Cummins is not at all close to market. They pay minimum possible. Appraisal system is so called transparent but its not.

Likes

Company is good from learning perspective. The company really gives a good exposure to young individuals irrespective of work experience. The senior staff is supportive. The people who from outside the Cummins culture have spoiled the culture little bit. Rest is fine, a good company to work with.
