Work is super hectic a lot of administrative work along with nutritionist role.Highly stressful work culture,salary better than hospitals but workload is super high too

Not at all understanding,no proper system,trusts others than their own employees, partial towards staff

There is Nothing to be liked of the Trust apart from the cause thay are as there is to much of politics in the system and they can take your job anytime any month and hire your replacement and ask you to leave for any stupid reasons on the spot and give your bad reviews fro your future employers and play with your career. There is no HR policy as such as the Management plays the drum as they want and plays with peoples working carrer. A request do not play with peoples career as one day you will get it back as this is a karma.

The most is Management and HR, would suggest not to join the Cuddles Foundation.

Best Organization to develop your skills knowledge and bring out yourself. Supports you in all the aspects of professional life. Helps you to work for a purpose and that's give a satisfaction.

1- Manegement is biased. Lot of women politics . 2- If you want to leave their company they takes revenge from many way. 3- Unhealthy work environment. There is no work life balance 4- They only documented everything for research. 5- HR role is inactive.

It's a good organization which helps the onco-kids to sustain a nutritional losses by providing love, support and nutritional supplements and food.

Dislikes

Working with cuddles doesn't allow personal life balance.
