I was part of this organization for 3 years 10 months, I found good positives first few couple of years, later down the line those positives are misdirected due to non standard approaches of products and processes. my rating based on my final year experience not whole experience.

...what could be the date. you will have to follow-up to get the relieving letter. * I don't know whether i received complete final settlement as i have not received any pay slip or final settlement document. all i know is after following up multiple emails, at the 70th day of relieving, the amount is directly credited to bank which is not matched with my last month salary. * Company was not given importance to employee policy like pay slip, appraisal on time, variable pay on time, leaves when i was worked there. if you don't follow-up, you wont get it. that's the procedure. * If any one asks what you remember about this company, i can say "you have to follow up, multiple follow up to get what you are supposed to get. its no promise also."

... most is the friendly colleagues and the amazing work-life balance they promote. Plus, it's such a relief to know that our salaries are always paid on time without any delays. I also admire how CTD never fails to recognize and appreciate employees who excel in their work and deliver projects on time. And let's not forget the thoughtful gestures like celebrating birthdays and work anniversaries with cakes and small gifts. It really makes us feel valued and appreciated.

While I genuinely enjoy working at CTD Techs, if I were to suggest areas for improvement, it would be great to see more benefits like bonuses and larger appraisals to reward employees for their hard work and dedication. Additionally, free training opportunities to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies would be highly beneficial for personal and professional growth. Overall, these enhancements would further enhance the employee experience and contribute to the company's success.

Great learning opportunity for fresher if one gets to work in development project with technologies. work life balance entirely depends on the project and team. one can learn new skills and move in the direction that they aspire.

For freshers very low apraisal and package is lowest too.

...ble. There is no stranded policies in this company and nothing aligned properly. They don't provide Pay slip and Hike letters for years, Even employees left the company we should beg them about all documents.

HR team and management never reply to your mails and messages. Don't waste your time and career by joining in this company. No job security any day would be your last working day, No work life balance.
