CstoreIQ for me is a life changing work environment where I get good support, encouragement and guidance from management to work on career growth. The company gives utmost importance for the employees. As per my experience no other companies in the industry or management will think of their employees growth.The company culture is wonderful with such a supportive and friendly people working here. I learned how to work and prioritize multiple tasks at a time. However the great work environment that has been created out here. I miss my working Space.

Worst higher management, most inexperienced and worthless HR manager, highly toxic work environment, egoistic Director of the company and a careless and clueless CEO/Founder.

Toxic Environment, management use to play toxic role... Divide and rule... No proper Hr policies. No proper leave policies. No Medical claims it's just for name sake(insurance). No proper management who have valid Degree. They don't care about the employees who served them Loyally for decade since there old product. They want new tranies who don't know nthe work culture and they can dictate. They don't respect senior employees and when time comes to hike they threat to fire on silly issue's.
