Lot of politics inside office old team leaders are thinking that they are the GOD and very rude behaviour by Project Managers and Leaders, perfect example of poor management, less job security, Some people inside put down the culture of the company. And many more bad things are happening....

Likes

Only salary is good and nothing else. You have to learn some politics before going here.

Dislikes

A fresher can't make a good career here. A lot of poltics happens here. They are not using latest technology. They are following their old code and they re-use it new project also. Coding knowledge is very poor only you can go to the company to waste your time. You can't dream a good career bye staying here.

they train you for 3 months in your chosen technology and give you an insight about your job

Dislikes

Some Upper management is partial and egoist, while the C suite is ignorant to it They make you work in less pay where your entry time should stay fixed but your exit time depends on your manager

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Good job security but it's of no use when deserving employees don't get a healthy salary.

Dislikes

No growth both in terms of financial and learning aspect. All works are assigned on ad-hoc basis. Have to adapt modern work processes & model. Skill development programs need to be done on regular basis.
