Good exposure for a fresher to work in an organisation like CSIR. Gain more knowledge and experience in Research and software development. Work culture is great like a person can feel free to work. Beautiful environment with nature.

Right now I am working with this organization and I enjoyed a lot with the project teammates I joined as the senior research fellow as temporary based. the things I learned there with definitely improve my skills which leads my career in a very bright path. the work environment is very good and they focus on research work which gives you some innovative ideas and work-life is best there.

what I dislike is the weather of the place Pilani, extreme temperature variation like extreme hot in summer and extreme cold in winters.

It my great opportunity to be in csir ceeri Pilani as trainee for 6 month. I learn many new things .all the people in ceeri campus are hard working . I got many facilities and help me out by my surrounding scientists and project fellow in any difficult task facing during my training. With their help of them i can finish my training in time. I would like to continue working in ceeri if I got the opportunity.

Weather is only the reason it's very hot

I learned many things. I was a part of a team that works for BARC and many other organization. There are many opportunities to learn various things. Overall I love that place.

There is no job security because job is directly depend on the project duration.
