There are very few clients and that most of them are small sized orgs. Having continuous stream of work is not possible most times and that becomes very risky especially if you are on bench for more than a month or two and there are no projects in pipeline.

Dislikes

People who have been working there for around a year even with good product knowledge could have a possibility for layoff. And there's some teams that demand excessive overtime and has unrealistic deadlines that could negatively impact work-life balance.

Its been almost 5 years. Employee centric company. They care about their employees. They respect their employees so much. Very good place to learn new technologies and latest standards in the market.
