Everything was dislikeing & disappointed,Job security is very very poor,please never join again company neither at more package not less package.If I am leir then you should do confidential survey at this time, How many employees have been laid off from bottom to higher positions.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Space company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonous every year.

Since day 1 ... I found Crystals' Technology Department as the most cheapest & dishonest work place and Crystal has been able to keep this impression even after my resigning and full & final settlement day. When an organization's Technology department is run by a Cheapester & Fraudster Jholachaap engineer who has been recruited on this post by no background check or verification what else you can expect from a company.

Dislikes

... the Average increment in crystal is 2 to 3 % on basic per annum ... max is 5 %. Also when you resign Crystal will hold your salary for 3 months or notice period since day of resigning. and You will get your your experience certificate and Full & Final payment after 2 months of your last working days. Hence , Think 10 times before joining this company ... Thus always better not to join.. as it is not the only company in the world.
