Inter-department politics, back-biting and leg-pulling on the basis of feedback given by those employees who are not a real maker but a good seller for his benefits are existing there as an obvious and global phenomenon which is somewhere obstructing the company in getting what the promoters want to establish here.

Not security of job, not growth, work load,work life unbalance, company outgoing time is not fix (late night) for account staff

Everything was dislikeing & disappointed,Job security is very very poor,please never join again company neither at more package not less package.If I am leir then you should do confidential survey at this time, How many employees have been laid off from bottom to higher positions.

Salary, which is a deciding factor of choosing a company, is not good. They don't even stick on their words. They will say something else, and will give you something else.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Space company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonous every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.
