U can make incentive if u make customers. But making customers by saying truth is difficult. As we all know Canada immigration is not so seasy to crack throughthere are a lot of restrictions. It takes atleast a year. There a are people who say the exact truth and vice versa. I was feeling good in my 1st 4months. After that I lost interest working there. N

The poorest work culture ever seen. Being an employee with them. Was one of the bad decision that I’ve ever taken. No company policies no proper management no proper work culture.

The place, the people, the work culture, etc etc etc. can keep going on and on. Small advise just save your career by not getting trapped in one such company.
