As consultancy they try provide a salary as much in time ..i.e. 10th day of every month. 1.Exit and Entry criteria good for me. 2.They will provide Form 16 on time.

They forgot the employees after deployed into the project. 1.No updates for Health Insurance 2.No update for Miscellaneous amount (Internet charges) 3.Reimbursement amount. 4.We need to fallow multiple time for every small things. 5. Even Admin team not responded for mails / calls also.

In starting they give warm welcome.....we will get attracted.

No one pick up the calls if any doubts. If salary not credited there is no one get responsible for that. While releiving it is very very difficult get experience certificate even if we served proper notice period. For me they wanted ly didn't pick the calls then I complained about it to client TCS. After that only they taken action. Due to this I missed few good offers.

...ce in future companies..! One the world best worst HR support…! Major issue 1.Not credit salary at correct time almost month will pass. 2.Not support any thing PF approval also they not given to as. 3. World best worst HR support forever..! One of the worst employees working in administration. They not talk with you in professional way 4. No salary increment and promotion 5. No insurance 6. No work life balance 7. No Benefits 8. Most importantly they not support you loans also. 9. They not you relieve and experience letter at the time they will give you after 1 or 2 year but they like keep asking and begging them 10. And very most importantly you need to stay there without salary in notice period almost 60 days

...TCS as a third party resource from Crown Solutions. I have worked for 1.5 Years. They never credited salary on time. This is the ONLY reason I have left the job. They will not even answer your calls. If you are having regular bills, EMI then please don't join this organization

...u get allocated in any project from client, it's a rare scenerio to contact POC. Also salary date will be by 10th working day, but it extends to even month end. The main issue is, no one will attend the call or respond your mail. If you try to relieve, your exit documents will gets your hand after a year.
