Crossroad is a fraud company please don't join. They don't provide salary and also lots of fraud work in th company. Mr haarish lakhera (CEO) is a fraud person. They didn't provide my salary(17000/-) along with convenience(4500/-). And I requested to all of the faculty member of company and also marked mails to MR. HAARISH LAKHERA ( CEO) , but he is not replying me. I marked a mail 6 -7 time. But I didn't get any reply till now. I worked with loyalty and honestly and also provide output after my joining . With in 15 - 20 days I provide them output. Visited more then 100 societies with provided them 60 of leads for KNOP(event). And visited 50-60 old cars dealers as well and provided 6 -7 dealers closer as well. All these work done in 20-25 days. And I had paid visiting cards(400/-) and convenience amount(4000/-) from my self. But they don't pay me anything and I initially also not provided me any joining latter and other thing.

Dislikes

Everything is fraud in Crossroad... Hole faculty member are also fraud as well. Haarish lakhera(CEO) , neeru , manoj rana(Accounts)...... And Nitin teotia( business development head)
